What is Fire Cider? Fire Cider is an herbal tonic (nicknamed "The Invincibility Shot") that’s used to boost immunity, help with digestion, metabolism, and so much more! This blend of fiery herbs and roots is steeped for 4-6 weeks in organic apple cider vinegar (ACV). The uses and benefits are ENDLESS!

Instructions for Use:

• Shake well.
• Take one time daily as a "Wellness Shot."
• Standard dosage: 1 teaspoon - 1 tablespoon in water.
• If the flu or cold does strike, take the normal dose 3-4 times daily.
• Keep in a cool, dark place, or refrigerate after opening to retain optimal freshness.

• Honey is not recommended for children under one year of age.
